Notes and Disclaimers:
Please consult with yourself and any personal health resources available to you when deciding which tinctures to use and how to take them. While herbs affect all people differently, the tinctures we make available can be beneficial at any dose from a single drop upwards, and are safe for most people at a dose of a whole dropper-full per day. We recommend that you start with a half dropper full daily or twice daily, as needed, and then check in with how your body feels as you adjust your personal dose accordingly. You may also choose to interact with the herb by placing a few drops in a glass of water or juice to help your body to absorb the nutrients from the tincture. All of our herbs are tinctures in grain-free alcohol.
